4th Quater - Group Dynamic

MMM (you pronounce hummmm) taught me another class and this time it was even more interesting. 3 very compelling projects and 10 weeks to tackle them.

First we investigated how the Cold War propaganda persuaded both sides with some not-so-true facts from the 50's to late 80's. Nuclear power, Rocky Balboa vs that blond evil-face dude , Radio Free Europe and all that good stuff was in our presentation. To support that, we recorded a viral video that landed on the students email accounts mysteriously.

After that me and Gabe Bennett worked in a Buzz marketing campeign. We decided to get people's stories about their bad roommates. Everyone under the sun had one at some point in one's life, right? We went to Georgia Tech, Georgia State and some other locations to hang some posters up. On them you could find a toll free number to call and tell your story and a website address. The winner got a prize.

You can check the website right here.

The final project was made by all the students at that course. It was a real project for a non profit organization in Atlanta called Essential 2 Life. Their main project is called Fifteen and it helps kids find their voice in the society. You can check more about them at their page.

We helped them brand their tshirts. Their tagline for those was concepted by a Fifteen student: Who Knew I Could. Here is our idea for the layout of the t-shirts and also a booklet to sell their project to boutiques and other kinds of retail spaces willing to give them a hand.
